i have a spare 10 mins so here come a rare post :)

life has been crazy busy / exciting / stressful... but all in all good. Lila Tulsi is growing fast and is now 3 months old, she melts my heart and is so amazing. She has started to giggle and smile and really engages with us.

i dont know where to start or end so i will just write some lines of whats happening, happened :)

Lila had the amazing mercy of Sri Sri Radha LondonIsvara and the head Pujari took her and placed her head at Thier Lotus feet, and gave her Maha Flowers and Jewelery.

We went on our first holiday to Wales and met with Sinead and Michael, had a really nice time in the rain :)

I got promoted at Yahoo! and am now responsible for all emerging markets... wooo hoooo!

Nita still doesnt iron my shirts and make my lunch, the result is i look good and eat well!

I joined the gym and did my first spin class :)

Vasu visited us this weekend and we spent 2 days at the Manor for Janamashtmi & Srila Prabhpada Vyasa Puja.

We are planning a trip to Radhadesh.

so much more but i cant remember, any way i miss you all! here are some pics....

Haribol!

Ok so everything is crazy bit fine, both mother and baby are doing well. We have had an amazing week and i have fallen in love with Lila, she melts my heart.

It's like i have known her for years, Nita and i (actualy Nita) had named our children (child so far) before we were married four years ago and so when we knew it was a girl she had already taken her name. We are so happy that she has come to us healthy and happy. The labour was only 3 hours but it had it's own complications but nothing serious.

I have taken a week off work and now i am working from home and looking after my girls. Here are some pics, i will call you all this week.

Sunanda Babaji please tell your Lila she has a little sister :)

Haribol!

So this is the first time i am checking here in weeks! i'm sorry to all of you that i have been so out of touch :(

Things are good... well ok. Nita is doing great and is not 35 weeks pregnant, only 5 to go :) we are really excited and have done lots of shopping. i cant wait to be a father and take taht next step in my life.

I've been putting in 12 hour days at Yahoo! it's not gone un-noticed and even my boss is asking me to slow down, he's a great guy and we get on well. He is travelling around Europe next week and already is leaving me in charge!! I wont be able to work so many hours when the baby arrives. Work is going well, and i've picked up 2 exciting projects, one of which is Pan European roll out of our new recruitment system. So i'm happy, but so so so tired, today i slept till 830am and then lay in bed till 10am!! was bliss.

I miss you all very much and am craving the association of devotee's! i've neglected the temple also this week and i promised Krishna i would go and see him twice a week :( i'm a bad devotee! I will have to make it up to him next week!

Everyone is invited to stay with us this summer for London Rathyatra!

So i've completed my first week at Yahoo! and it's been a hectic one. They have piled me with lots of info to soak up and the work is stacking up already. But i'm getting into a routine and coping with it all and put 5 interviews on the board already. This week i go on training with the French offices(Grenoble and Paris) and Ireland. The people are nice and i have started to be myself on Thursday and Friday and already started making jokes in the Friday morning team meeting :)

It's very laid back and i'm not managed at all, i can come and go when i please, take lunch when i want and dont need to ask permission for my activity. Also we dont pay for anything, everything is paid for!! i was shocked at first, but these media company's really do look after you. We have an on-site Star Buccks, and vending machines all over. There is music playing from floor to floor and pool tables, fuseball tables etc...

This weekend i prepared the room for the baby, i made 108 jaganath badges and am going to give them out. Also caught up on sleep.

Cant wait for Gaura Purnima!!

Miss all my friends, love to all xxxxxx

Ok so the last 18 months have been up and down with Business and work, and after a long battle to keep my Media company open, i asked Krishna in Vrindavan not to make it successful but just to please remove my anxiety (and what ever He desires i will accept), and shortly after we sold up the databse and Innovation was no more, something that happened beyond my control that was the only option. And hence the anxiety was now gone :)

The last one year has seen me build up a really nice property portfolio in and around London and i really enjoy buying property and rennovating, but over the last 2 months Nita and i have decided that we are no longer going to buy property for at least 2 years as the market is in bad condition. I predict a fall in prices and huge rise in repposessions, as soon as this peaks then we will buy again. LAst week one woman offered me her property £90,000 (140,000 Euros) BELOW the asking price, thats how bad it is. JUSt ask Vasu he is a scholar in global economics!!

But in the mean time, Nita is going to leave work to raise the baby (when he / she arrives)... this means for the first time in 6 years i am going to go and work for someone else!!! Aarrghhhhh :) I've been going to many interviews (some as early as 6am) and my moral has been rather low because i started my business to escape the corporate bullshit world and all of my interviews were exactly that, high pressure interviews, suit and tie enviroment... i'm not that type of person. I had one great offer from a company (UK REcruiment Manager Position) but they were an aggressive company and i got the impression i would be there for 12 hours a day! but nothing else was on the table and if it meant taking the job then i would of had to.

I Asked Lord Jaganath to allow me to have the job of my dreams, corporate work without the corporate enviroment, good money and good benefits without the looong working hours, a job that means i can go and see Him at the temple....DOES SUCH A JOB OR COMPANY EXIST????? YES!!!! yesterday i got offered a job at YAHOO! (UK & Europe) based in Soho, amazing money, amazing benefits for the family, dont have to wear a suit because it's a media company, 5 min walk to Soho St treet temple, 30 mins from my apartment. I had to wait 1 week for this offer and if did not come yesterday then i would of had to start the other agressive job on Monday!

After such a long wait my new coastal flat is finished!! Nita and i picked up the keys on Friday and stayed there the night. It's in a place called Margate (Kent). It used to be an old hotel along the sea front and been converted into a Apartment block. It's grade 2 listed which means it by law all the old features have been retained, my flat has an entire whole floor and all the bedrooms and lounge have open views of the ocean. We are really happy with the finish, i'm reluctant to rent the property out.... but who knows maybe in a few years i can keep it vacant and use it for summer holidays when the baby is running around.

Here are some pics, let me know what you think :)
